The volume was so good that I read it through in one day, all the while laughing at Wein’s plans constantly being derailed. The situation he go caught up in, in the middle of the volume was a riot.
As for kingdom building, there honestly wasn’t much in the volume. Most of it consisted of a military campaign. We may see kingdom building next volume.
